近日,河北兴柏农业科技有限公司(下简称河北兴柏)联合广西柑橘类种植行业协会,在广西多地市场和种植区采购沃柑1000余件,并客观公正地采访了多地区的从业人员,发起了—河北兴柏集团倾情助推产业健康发展行动,为武鸣沃柑正名!

 

事件起源于近期澎湃新闻发布了一篇名为《放两个月都不会烂的沃柑,果农从来不吃》的文章,报道了当前沃柑分选和选用保鲜剂等操作中存在的一些问题。为了引起哄动效应,文章采用即设立场,断章取义的手法,将问题无限放大。由于缺少正确的专业和科学知识储备,对农产品质量安全缺少经常性的常识普及。因此会误导消费者,引起消费者不必要的心理恐慌。

广西柑橘类种植行业协会会长许立明表示,鉴于此事件,协会迅速回应,并在官方微信公众号发布题为《普及柑橘保鲜常识 引导健康消费》的文件,对沃柑的保鲜、储存环节的相关要求和技术指标进行了科学阐述。许立明会长呼吁广大消费者正确了解柑橘保鲜常识,放心食用沃柑!

 

为支持果农并倡导消费者正确认知使用农药,河北兴柏总经理刘进峰表示此次采购的沃柑,从种到收再到市场流通,全部是按规定安全正确使用保鲜剂等农药产品生产的,也想借此事件,倡导广大消费者理性对待农产品,放心食用!

广西南宁市农业农村局、广西柑橘类种植行业协会和广西高新区商委会等多部门共同倡议并普及柑橘保鲜常识,引导消费人群正确健康理解行业知识。此前就“泡药沃柑”事件,广西南宁市农业农村局已回应称,沃柑是耐贮存的水果,树上保鲜可达5个月,采后不经任何处理常温下可存放1个月以上。如需延长保鲜期,可采摘后经过洗选加工环节,洗选常规使用的抑霉唑、咪鲜胺等均为国家农业农村部批准登记注册的保鲜剂,并根据广西市场监管局发布的《沃柑采收及保鲜贮运技术规程》和武鸣发布的《武鸣沃柑生产技术指南》严格执行相关技术规程,沃柑生产标准化、规范化,确保当地沃柑产业持续健康发展,对食用者健康也不构成影响。

最后,多方农业专业人士也呼吁:新闻媒体从业人员,要从专业的角度出发,坚守舆论监督的正确导向,摒弃流量至上的做法;还要倡议广大柑橘从业人员恪守国家农业部和农资投入品等有关规定,为消费者提供健康又美味的好沃柑!

Recently, Hebei Xingbai Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Hebei Xingbai), together with Guangxi Citrus Industry Association, purchased more than 1000 pieces of Citrus(Wogan in Chinese) in many planting areas in Guangxi, and interviewed the practitioners in many areas objectively and fairly and launched the "Hebei Xingbai Group devoted to promote the healthy development of the industry "action, and to get back Wuming Citrus's reputation!

 

The incident originated from an article titled "Citrus that won't rot in two months, but farmers never eat it" published by ThePaper.cn recently, which reported some problems in the current operation of sorting and selecting freshness preservatives for Citrus. In order to cause a sensational effect, the article used the tactic of setting up a scene and taking out of context to magnify the problem infinitely. Due to the lack of proper professional and scientific knowledge, there is a lack of regular general knowledge about the quality and safety of agricultural products. Therefore, it can mislead consumers and cause unnecessary psychological panic.

Xu Liming, president of Guangxi Citrus Growing Industry Association said, in view of this incident, the association quickly responded and released a document titled "Popularization of citrus preservation knowledge to guide healthy consumption" in the official WeChat number, which scientifically elaborated the freshness and storage requirements and technical indicators of citrrus. President Xu appealed to the consumers to correctly understand the general knowledge of citrus preservation and consume them with confidence.

   In order to support farmers and advocate consumers to correctly perceive and use pesticides, Liu Jinfeng, the general manager of Hebei Xingbai said that the purchase of citrrus, from seed to harvest and then to market circulation, all are produced in accordance with the provisions of the safe and correct use of preservation agents and other pesticide, but also want to take this event to advocate the majority of consumers rational treatment of agricultural products and eat them with confidence!

Guangxi Nanning Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Guangxi Citrus Industry Association and Guangxi High-tech District Business Council and other departments to promote and popularize the common sense of citrus preservation, to guide the consumer population to understand the correct health industry knowledge. Previously on the "bubble medicine citrus" event, Guangxi Nanning Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau has responded that the citrus is resistant to storage of fruit, tree freshness up to 5 months, after picking without any treatment can be stored at room temperature for more than 1 month. If you need to extend the freshness period, after picking, you can go through the washing and processing process, and the washing routine use of mildew and mimosine are the preservation agents approved and registered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and according to the "technical regulations for harvesting and freshness storage and transportation" issued by Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau and the "Wuming Citrus Production Technology Guide" issued by Wuming District, the standardization  of citrus production is strictly enforced to ensure the local citrus industry continues to develop healthily and does not affect the health of consumers.

The fertile land in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region can grow high quality citrus and the fruit is fresh, juicy and full of sweetness

Finally, many agricultural professionals also called on: the news media practitioners, from a professional point of view, to adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion supervision, abandoning the flow-first approach. They also advocate the majority of citrus practitioners adhere to the Ministry of Agriculture and agricultural inputs and other relevant regulations, to provide consumers with healthy and delicious good citrus!
